Also building and managing brand campaigns by focusing on brand development with the emphasis on boosting brand awareness and building a strong brand culture.

As being a minority that was born outside the US and have been raised in the US, I truly understand both markets. I want take Super Nova to next step in building content, as well as building talent by building a Film and Music Production by partnering contenting creators and focusing in the Minority Markets (Asians, African-Americans and Latino)

Cesar Perez – Creative Bio
Cesar had the opportunity to leverage his skill sets and knowledge of project management into the creative side. He had played the role of creative director and assistant producer in many projects and initiatives for Nova Era Entertainment LLC and Uptown Lab Group LLC where he was one of the founder members and also chief operational officer for Nova Era Entertainment. For UptownLab Group LLC he participated in several productions including: photoshoots, documentaries and short-films. His responsibilities included: organising staff, coordinating location scouting, supervising lighting and sound,
makeup and hair, editing scripts, and some camera work. While in/a Nova Era, Cesar ensured that the operation strategy of Nova Era including, but not limited to: vendor management, subcontracting, procedures and ensured daily operations ran smoothly. He also participated in the
creative department of the business as a producer for photoshoots, music videos, and event coverage as needed. Currently Cesar founded and created his own platform Super Nova Entertainment which is an innovative full-service production company producing music videos, cutting edge commercials, documentaries and online content for all markets.
Lily
Lily has an associate degree in Philosophy from University of Havana and a bachelor of Arts in Theatrology from the University of the Arts in Havana. She also participated in workshops with NYFA Young Cuban Filmmakers program, in which she trained several skills involving film production: from script-writing to post-production. Theatre studies (sometimes referred to as theatrology or dramatics) is the study of theatrical performance in relation to its literary, physical, psycho-biological, sociological, and historical contexts. It is an interdisciplinary field which also encompasses the study of theatrical aesthetics and semiotics. This selected carrier was her specialisation. It changed the way she perceives stories and the way she tells them. The program is a complex Theoretical program because it involved Structures of Drama, Theatre History, the viewers reception and audiences. It gave her a really focused preparation to organise art procedures and understand complex workflows.
Lily has always worked in Films, Television and Printed Theatre Journalism. Fiction, documentary and the newsreels are comfortable and fruitful scenarios for her. She had the ability to work and direct multidisciplinary teams in short time. Created ad campaigns from scratch and performed research and formulated information and news for major events on TV. In addition to that he has a wide range of stories and creative ideas to film and produce as an artist. She can easily Narrate with synthesis and depth stories of her own and others.
